Education for a life that makes a difference.
Our mission is to help people at every stage of life become well-educated, productive and engaged members of society who can make a difference, by making good educational guidance accessible, transparent and equitable for everyone.
Our vision: a world where everyone can navigate learning, from a first school choice to a later-life passion, regardless of background or age. Admit Path is an initiative of the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation Inc.
At every stage, good guidance is scarce when it matters most.
Families choosing a high school, students applying to competitive colleges and graduate programs, and adults returning to learning all face real uncertainty. They turn to forums, rumors and expensive advisors to understand where they stand. Counselors are overwhelmed in the weeks before deadlines, and once people leave school, trusted guidance about further learning is hard to find at all.
Admit Path serves learners and the people who support them. Our approach combines statistical models with distributed human review, so it can keep up when demand peaks and adapt to every stage of life.
For learners of every age
Evidence-based suggestions for high school, college, graduate school, career changes and lifelong learning, at a price you can afford.
For advisors
Students arrive with fundamentals answered, and workload tools let you help more people more efficiently.
For admissions committees
An efficient silent second reader, and evidence that helps reveal latent bias in the process.
Not just getting in. Getting somewhere that matters.
We help with admissions, careers and learning plans, but we judge our work by what happens next. Are the people we serve still learning? Doing work they find meaningful? Contributing to their families and communities?
Well educated
Choosing education for growth, depth and fit, and building the habits to keep learning for life.
Productive
Finding meaningful work, supporting yourself and your family, and adapting as the world of work changes.
Making a difference
Using what you’ve learned to serve, lead and strengthen your community, at every age.
Mission first, by design.
Admit Path is an initiative of the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation Inc. That means our purpose, making education accessible at every stage of life, comes before revenue.
It lets us give advice that’s right for you even when it earns us less, for example telling you that you don’t need expensive test prep. It also lets full-price services fund free and discounted access without apology.
About the FoundationDouble bottom line
We measure impact alongside success: people supported, free and discounted services delivered, and the diversity of the learners we help.
Annual impact report
Every year we’ll publish a report on our impact and the accuracy of our models. Our first report follows our first full year of service.
Robin Hood pricing
Full-price services for those who can pay fund low-cost and free access for those who can’t. See the sliding scale.
Values-driven, not value-driven.
We follow an internal code of conduct that we always place before monetary gain.
Evidence-based reality
We replace “I used to work at a top school” with “the data suggests.” We cite probabilities, never guarantees, and we keep our models current.
Holistic integrity
We see a developing person, not a dossier. We recreate the committee process rather than trying to game it.
Complementary partnership
We’re a force multiplier and an independent second opinion for the counselors and consultants already helping students, not their replacement.
Democratized access
We make expert guidance affordable for everyone and free for those who need it most, with a focus on under-represented, first-generation and non-traditional learners of every age.
Others sell experience. We bring evidence.
Many advisors define their value by past roles: “I used to be an admissions director, so I know what the program wants.” We define ours by models built on current, researched evidence.

Three groups, one standard
The Data Architects
Build and maintain the models that open up the black box, and test every factor against real outcomes.

The Ethics Board
Keeps our models fair and unbiased, and our mission first.
What we will never do
Trust is the currency of admissions advice. These commitments apply to every service, every reader and every partner.
- We do not write essays for applicants, or falsify any part of an application.
- We do not use connections to bypass merit.
- We never guarantee admission. We guarantee satisfaction, for 120 days.
- We never claim to predict admissions decisions.
- We never sell personal data or reveal a client relationship without consent or a court order.
- We never hide partner relationships. Partner recommendations are always labeled.
- We never upsell what you don’t need. If extra services won’t help, we’ll say so.
Succeed together.
