Transparent pricing. Access for everyone.
We publish our prices and our sliding scale because transparency is part of our mission. Boutique consultants can charge hundreds of dollars an hour. We think expert guidance should cost a fraction of that at every stage of life, and nothing at all for people who can’t afford it.

Human review when you want it
AI analysis is included with Admit Preparation. Expert human review is priced separately because it takes real reader time. Sliding-scale discounts apply.
| AI analysis Structure, clarity and school alignment | Included |
| Reader review One component, scored on our rubric | From $100 |
| Mock Committee 2–3 readers deliberate on your full file | From $1,500 |
Your price is based on what your family can afford.
Like community health centers, we tie our fees to the Federal Poverty Guidelines. That gives everyone an objective, fair price, and it means the families most often priced out of admissions help can get it.
No tax returns required
We keep verification simple and private:
- High school students: free or reduced-price lunch eligibility
- College students: Pell Grant eligibility
- Everyone else: a short self-attestation, with occasional spot checks

Full-price plans fund free and discounted access. That’s the double bottom line behind Admit Path, an initiative of the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation Inc.
Five funds one
For every five full-price reports, we fund one for a student who couldn’t otherwise afford it.
Institutional sponsors
Schools, districts, universities and nonprofits can sponsor access for their students. Learn more.
Reported publicly
Each year we’ll publish an impact report showing people supported and free services delivered.
We guarantee your satisfaction, never an outcome.
If our insights don’t help you, contact us within 120 days of purchase for a full refund. No one can honestly guarantee admission, so we won’t. What we can guarantee is that we’ll stand behind the quality of our work.
Is the Lite assessment really free?
Yes, for everyone, with no card required. It uses our theory-based model to give you a first snapshot. The full practice-based assessment and human review are part of paid plans.
How do I qualify for the sliding scale?
Check the sliding-scale box when you start your assessment. We’ll ask one simple eligibility question, such as free or reduced-price lunch or Pell Grant status. We never need your tax returns.
Why does human review cost extra?
A careful human review of a full application takes trained readers real time. Keeping it optional means the base price stays affordable, and you choose how much human support you want.
Can my school or organization pay?
Yes. Schools, districts, universities and nonprofits can sponsor students. Contact us through Admit Exchange.
